Steps to Nationalize with the United Aboriginal American Republic (UAAR)

Step 1. Tribal Screening & Genealogy
All applicants must first complete Tribal Screening and Genealogy review through American
Indian LLC.
This pre-qualification process confirms ancestral alignment and eligibility prior to applying for
UAAR Nationalization.
Information regarding screening requirements, timelines, and procedures is available directly
through their official website.
👉
Screening completion must be confirmed directly between UAAR and American Indian LLC
before Nationalization processing may proceed.
Submission of the administrative contribution does not guarantee eligibility or final approval.
Applicants are encouraged to complete and confirm Tribal Screening prior to submitting their
Nationalization contribution.
Step 2. Nationalization Contribution
After completing Tribal Screening, you may initiate the UAAR Nationalization process by submitting the required administrative contribution based on your household structure (Individual, Couple, or Family).
Nationalization processing begins only after Tribal Screening completion has been confirmed.
All contributions are non-refundable, as administrative review and processing resources are allocated upon submission.
Step 3. Nationalization Application
After submitting your contribution, you will complete the UAAR Nationalization Application in full.
All applications are subject to structured internal review in accordance with UAAR governance procedures.
Please allow up to 10 business days for internal review.
Step 4. Approval & Orientation
Upon approval into the Tribe, you will receive an email providing access to the Nationalization Orientation video and detailed next steps.
The Orientation presentation explains:
• The Affidavit of Allegiance
• The Affidavit & Notice of Fraudulent Negotiable Instrument / Birth Certificate and The Cancellation / Rescission of Any and All Endorsements
• The issuance and purpose of the UAAR Tribal Identification Card
• What to expect during document preparation and processing
Step 5. Document Preparation & Issuance
Following completion of Orientation, your Nationalization documentation packet is prepared, stamped, sealed, recorded within UAAR National Records, and issued to you.
Estimated processing time: 4–6 weeks plus mailing time.
Acknowledgment Before Proceeding
By selecting “Begin Nationalization Contribution,” you acknowledge and confirm that:
• You have completed Tribal Screening through the partnering Tribal Nation.
• Screening confirmation must be verified directly between UAAR and the partnering Tribal Nation before processing begins.
• The administrative contribution is non-refundable.
• You have read and understand the full UAAR Nationalization Process outlined above.

This enrollment confirms your protection, participation, and status under the governance and sovereignty of the United Aboriginal American Republic.
🌿 Completion & Recognition
Upon completion of all six steps, you are formally recognized as a UAAR National — a living heir of your ancestral legacy and contributor to the restoration of Indigenous sovereignty for future generations.
