Nationalization
Steps to Nationalize with the United Aboriginal American Republic (UAAR)
Step 1. Application Intake
All applicants begin the nationalization process by completing the Application Intake Form on this official website.
During this stage:
-
You’ll submit valid information (Full legal name, date and place of birth, and current physical address).
-
You’ll provide your reasons for applying for nationalization with UAAR.
-
This step establishes your intent to become recognized as a UAAR National and ensures your record is officially logged into our intake registry.
Step 2. Tribal Screening
After completing your initial intake, you’ll undergo an official Tribal Screening and Dawes Roll Search, performed by Chief Yahson through the American Indian LLC portal:

This screening verifies your Indigenous heritage and provides documentation linking you to ancestral records or lineages.
Once verified, you’ll receive a Genealogy Certificate, confirming your eligibility to move forward in the UAAR Nationalization process.
Step 3. Cultural & Political Orientation
After your aboriginal lineage has been confirmed, you will meet directly with Chief Jurist Andre Maurice Amaru Dey II for a 1-hour orientation session, either virtually or via phone call.
This session is both educational and ceremonial, introducing you to the principles and structure of UAAR.
During this orientation:
-
You’ll learn the meaning, purpose, and legal standing of the Affidavit of Allegiance.
-
You’ll be briefed on the Affidavit & Notice of Fraudulent Negotiable Instrument/Birth Certificate and the Cancellation/Rescission of Any and All Endorsements documents.
-
Chief Jurist Dey will explain how these instruments restore your status and revoke presumptions of foreign or corporate citizenship.
At the end of the orientation, participants make a $200 tax-deductible donation to UAAR.
This contribution supports the drafting, recording, and secure archiving of your nationalization documents and is redeemable as part of your enrollment record.
Step 4. Affidavit of Allegiance & Supporting Documents
Once the orientation and donation are complete, the UAAR Jurist Office will prepare your full documentation packet, which includes:
-
Affidavit of Allegiance – Affirming your political and spiritual allegiance to UAAR.
-
Affidavit & Notice of Fraudulent Negotiable Instrument/Birth Certificate – Addressing misidentifications and restoring sovereign identity.
-
Cancellation/Rescission of Any and All Endorsements – Legally withdrawing from foreign corporate claims upon your person.
These documents are stamped and sealed and certified mailed to you and submitted to the UAAR National Records Archive.
Step 5. UAAR National ID Issuance
After your documentation is processed, you’ll receive your official UAAR National Identification Card, symbolizing your recognized status within the Nation.
This ID:
-
Verifies your UAAR citizenship and enrollment tier (Member, National, or Ambassador).
-
Includes your photo, tribal ID number, and date of issue.
-
Serves as proof of Indigenous identity and lawful standing under UAAR authority.
Step 6. National Registry Enrollment
Your information is then entered into the UAAR National Registry, the official census and genealogical record of our people.
This enrollment confirms your protection, participation, and status under the governance and sovereignty of the United Aboriginal American Republic.
🌿 Completion & Recognition
Upon completion of all six steps, you are formally recognized as a UAAR National — a living heir of your ancestral legacy and contributor to the restoration of Indigenous sovereignty for future generations.
